Meet the Doctors
David W. Brandli, MD
Dr. Brandli received his BS in Kinesiology from UCLA in 1990 and received his MD from Penn State University. He completed his surgical and urologic residency training at Indiana University in Indianapolis. Dr. Brandli has been a member of the urologic community in Charleston for many years, joining Lowcountry Urology Clinics in 2013. He is board certified by the American Board of Urology.
John Britton, MD
Dr. Britton graduated from Clemson University and earned his MD from the Medical University of South Carolina in 1994. He completed his surgical and urologic residency training at the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill. In 2006, Dr. Britton became one of the founding partners of Lowcountry Urology Clinics, PA. He is board certified by the American Board of Urology.
Mark G. Buchanan, MD
Dr. Buchanan graduated from the University of Tennessee, earned his MD from the University of Tennessee School of Medicine, and completed his surgical and urologic residency at the Medical University of South Carolina. He is board certified by the American Board of Urology. In 2006, Dr. Buchanan became one of the founding partners of Lowcountry Urology Clinics, PA.
Ian Marshall, MD
Dr. Marshall graduated from Vanderbilt University and earned his MD from the Medical University of South Carolina in 1989. He also completed his surgical and urologic residency at MUSC. In 2006, Dr. Marshall became one of the founding partners of Lowcountry Urology Clinics, PA. He is board certified by the American Board of Urology.
Alexander W. Ramsay, MD
Dr. Ramsay graduated from the University of South Carolina, and earned his MD degree from the Medical University of South Carolina. He also completed his surgical and urologic residency at MUSC. Kelly Shaffer, MD
Dr. Shaffer graduated from James Madison University, and obtained her MD degree from the Medical College of Virginia. She completed her surgical and urologic training at the Medical University of South Carolina in 2009. After several years in practice in the Charlotte, NC area she joined Lowcountry Urology Clinics, PA in 2013. She is board certified by the American Board of Urology.
Bradley W. Steele, MD
Dr. Steele graduated from the University of Evansville, and earned his MD degree from Indiana University. Marshall Scott Wingo, MD
Dr. Wingo graduated from the Georgia Institute of Technology, earned his MD from Emory University School of Medicine, and completed surgical and urologic residency training at the Medical University of South Carolina. He then completed Fellowship training in Endourology, Laparoscopy, and Robotic Surgery at the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine. He joined Lowcountry Urology Clinics, PA in 2007 and is board certified by the American Board of Urology.
